Acceptable Use Policy

01Lawful and Honest Use

• Use jetazap only for lawful purposes and in line with Nigerian law and the law where you are located.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Only use your own payment instruments, identity details and accounts.

02Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other financial crime.
• Using stolen cards, accounts, identities or fake payment evidence.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, limits or free credits.
• Reselling jetazap services in a way that breaches our terms, or operating an unauthorised competing panel using our services.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the platform, or to bypass security or rate limits.
• Uploading malware or using bots and automation not approved by us.
• Sharing, selling or renting your account to another person.

03Content and Targets of Orders

You are responsible for the content and accounts you submit to our services. You must not order services for, or use virtual numbers, temp mail, SMS or AI tools to promote or carry out:

• Illegal content, scams, phishing or impersonation.
• Content that sexualises or endangers children.
• Hate, harassment, threats or incitement to violence.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages that breach telecom regulations.
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Political manipulation, disinformation campaigns or deceptive influence operations.

04Virtual Numbers, Temp Mail and SMS

• Do not use virtual numbers or temp mail to commit fraud, abuse other platforms' sign-up systems or evade bans imposed for misconduct.
• Bulk SMS must respect consent, sender ID rules and applicable telecom and data protection regulations. Include a way to opt out where required.
• We may block numbers, domains or sender IDs that are abused.

05Virtual Dollar Card

• Use the card only for lawful purchases. Do not use it for gambling, adult content or any merchant category restricted by our card partner or the law.
• Do not let others use your card or share its details.
• Card testing, repeated declined attempts or suspected misuse may lead to immediate freezing.

06Third-Party Platform Rules

Social platforms have their own terms. You are responsible for how you use growth services on those platforms. jetazap does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not liable for actions that a third-party platform takes against your account.

07Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this policy, we may investigate, cancel orders without refund, restrict features, hold funds, suspend or close your account, and report to the authorities. See our Account Suspension Policy for how this works.
